Requirements

  • 1 - 1.5 plus years of proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role
  • Fluent in Swedish, Danish or Norwegian
  • Energetic, upbeat and a tenacious team player! Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team
  • Capability of understanding customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business to value
  • Ability to analyse those needs, qualify opportunities and handle objections
  • Must be a self-starter and proficient and working independently and remotely
  • Ambition and creativity to bring new ideas to the company to successfully achieve their targets and goals
  • Drive, Grit, Team Orientated: strong desire to compete and win
  • BA/BS degree or relevant experience
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Strong written and spoken communication in Danish and English

Responsibilities

  • Drive lead generation, and build revenue pipeline by prospecting and setting introductory meetings with influencers and key decision makers across Northern Europe
  • Profile accounts identify a prospect's pain and support the wider sales team to create opportunities
  • Collaborating with our marketing team, to ensure rapid follow-up on campaigns
  • Demonstrate effective sales planning, and work in a positive and motivating way with your wider team
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly targets
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales success plan
  • Effectively partner with the channel team with call out days and activities
  • Work closely with other teams to develop account intelligence, relationship maps, and use case opportunities through direct account engagement and insight tools
