Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in inside sales, telemarketing, or appointment-setting roles
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone presence
  • Tech Savvy: Comfort and experience using Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and CRM systems like Job DIVA
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain detailed records
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and remain focused on goals in a remote or hybrid environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Make regular outbound calls to prospects using the companyโ€™s database to generate interest and qualify leads
  • Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently schedule appointments for the Business Development Managers to follow up and close sales
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and client interactions using Job DIVA and other tools
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and business development teams to align goals and optimize the appointment-setting process
  • Communication: Use platforms like Microsoft Teams and Zoom to coordinate with team members and participate in relevant sales meetings
