Summary

Join our dynamic sales team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and establish customer relationships by collaborating with Account Executives, launching outreach campaigns, managing communication, and optimizing the sales funnel.

Requirements

  • Have at least 2 years of proven experience in B2B IT sales, preferably in a startup environment
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written) with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in using HubSpot CRM and quick to learn new tools
  • A data-driven individual who is open to experimenting with new ideas to discover business opportunities
  • Exhibits a can-do approach and persistence, along with leadership skills
  • Able to work within the San Francisco timezone: from 9 am to 6 pm PST

Responsibilities

  • Closely collaborate with the Account Executive to qualify prospects and shape the company's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Develop and launch outreach campaigns, manage communication with outbound leads, and convert leads into demos or trials
  • Optimize the sales funnel, qualify inbound inquiries, and manage the company’s HubSpot CRM
  • Conduct sales data analytics and maintain spreadsheets to enhance decision-making processes and develop new strategies to attract potential clients

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with other CRM and sales automation tools
  • A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas
