Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in sales development
- Previous experience with multiple sales techniques (cold calling, email campaigns, sequencing, etc.)
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding targets
- Experience with sales tools, including Salesforce, SalesLoft, Hubspot, Highspot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales productivity tools that will drive results
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Undergraduate degree
Responsibilities
- Develop new strategies and innovative campaigns to penetrate target markets
- Conduct research to understand the unique needs and challenges of various industries and key accounts
- Create messaging and cadences/campaigns to reach out to target accounts with relevant value statements and positioning
- Utilize business and industry knowledge to research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and develop accounts
- Communicate frequently with enterprise Sales Directors to ensure execution of agreed-upon outreach strategies and refine based on what is working/not working
- Use industry and business insights to research accounts, identify key players, and develop relationships to nurture and qualify leads
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop target lists and strategies driving growth across prioritized markets
- Understand the BillingPlatform solution and its capabilities, and communicate effectively with senior-level decision-makers
- Collaborating with the SDR team, sharing best practices and insights to amplify success across the team and beyond
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities through cold calls, emails, marketing campaigns, etc
- Generate new sales-qualified introductory meetings for the sales directors, who will then conduct discovery and determine if an opportunity is present
- Manage and track all activities in SalesLoft and Salesforce to ensure data accuracy and effective follow-ups
