Requirements

  • 1+ years of outbound sales, cold calling, or business development experience (preferably in B2B SaaS, technology, or professional services)
  • Strong ability to handle rejection and thrive in a high-volume, results-driven environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and engaging approach
  • Ability to research and personalize outreach efforts to improve conversion rates
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement platforms (HubSpot, ZoomInfo)
  • Self-motivated, highly disciplined, and eager to develop professionally in sales

Responsibilities

  • Prospect & Generate Leads: Conduct 100% cold outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to identify and qualify potential clients in the architecture and engineering industry
  • Build and Maintain a Pipeline: Research and engage key decision-makers, including principals, project managers, and technology directors at architecture and engineering firms
  • Engage in High-Volume Outreach: Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly KPIs, including calls, emails, and meetings set
  • Educate & Qualify Prospects: Communicate our value proposition, ask strategic questions, and uncover pain points to determine fit
  • Schedule Sales Meetings: Secure and coordinate discovery/demo meetings for Account Executives or Sales Leaders
  • Utilize CRM & Sales Tools: Accurately log activities, track prospecting efforts, and optimize outreach through CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing Teams: Provide feedback on outreach effectiveness, contribute to sales strategies, and refine messaging based on market response
  • Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Develop a strong understanding of architecture and engineering industry challenges and emerging technologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling into architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) is a plus
  • Experience with architectural software such as Revit, AutoCad, ArchiCad, Civil3D, Sketch-up or Enercalc are a Huge Plus
