Join BloXroute's dynamic team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and play a critical role in generating new business opportunities within the DeFi/Blockchain sector. You will be responsible for proactively seeking and cultivating new relationships, engaging in daily prospecting initiatives across various platforms, and managing a pipeline of interested prospects. Collaboration with sales and marketing teams is essential for seamless lead handoff. Conducting market analysis to identify new business opportunities and driving referrals are also key responsibilities. This role requires a strong understanding of blockchain/DeFi technology and exceptional communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 1-3 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to prospect new opportunities
• Possess a track record of being a top producer in your previous companies
• Exceptional communication skills with a data-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of blockchain/Defi technology is required
• Knowledge using a CRM system
• Strong desire and ability for growth within a sales organization

Responsibilities

• Proactively seek and cultivate new relationships within the Defi/Blockchain segment focusing on Ethereum, BSC, Solana
• Engage in daily prospecting initiatives on platforms such as Telegram, Discord, and LinkedIn, with a focus on lead qualification and meeting scheduling
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales team on best practices to move forward
• Collaborate internally with sales and marketing to ensure seamless handoff of leads
• Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities, potential partnerships and emerging trends in the blockchain space
• Drive referrals by your exceptional work
• Maintain and track all records in the CRM
• Prepare and report to BD lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
