Summary
Join Ceros as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and contribute to the success of our leading brands. This remote, full-time position focuses on qualifying leads through various outreach methods, scheduling meetings with prospects, and ultimately generating new business. You will utilize AI-driven sales tools and learn the sales process from start to finish. This role offers a path for career growth within 18-24 months into Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships, or Strategic Accounts. The compensation includes a base salary of $55,000-$60,000 plus uncapped commission, targeting a total compensation of $80,000-105,000. Ceros offers a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Sales, Business, or Marketing
- Ability to write coherent emails, and willingness to make 3 hours of cold calls a day
- Ability to articulate unique value propositions and persuade prospects
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with C-suite and VP-level executives and decision-makers
- Ability to work in a changing environment with an ever-evolving product
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales leads and achieve monthly/quarterly quotas
- Utilize a variety of AI-driven sales tools, demonstrating flexibility and innovation in your approach
- Generate qualified meetings with potential buyers via phone, LinkedIn, email outreach, and other lead generation tools (e.g., Hubspot, Salesloft, Gong, Sales Navigator, Nooks)
- Conform to best practices for sales development/business development with regard to telephone calls and e-mails with new prospects
- Coordinate meetings with sales executives, and log all activities in our Hubspot CRM
Preferred Qualifications
- General sales experience in a fast-paced environment
- Some understanding of the sales process, from marketing through prospecting, cold calling, generating interest, and handing off to sales
