Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience working in a professional sales role
  • 1-2 years experience as an SDR at a software company
  • Experience working with a CRM tool, Hubspot is highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Engage prospective customers to help them become successful with Circle's platform
  • Work hand in hand with the Sales Manager and Marketing team to provide feedback on the characteristics of trial customers
  • Provide feedback to refine and improve the engagement process, including email copywriting, sequence/cadence creation, chat bot journeys
  • Lead and have a vision for the team's culture, hiring future SDR’s once needed
