Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of success selling core infrastructure solutions to financial institutions across the debt lifecycle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with prospects and build rapport
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and networking, to generate new leads and opportunities
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their financial needs and challenges, effectively articulating how our software solutions can address their specific requirements
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted outreach strategies aimed at maximizing lead conversion and revenue growth
  • Utilize our CRM (HubSpot) to maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, track progress, and prioritize follow-up activities
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities to establish relationships and promote our products and services (travel required approximately once a quarter)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in consumer and personal finance, especially at a startup
  • Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM tools
