Summary

Join Coalition as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and play a pivotal role in driving our sales process. This remote position, based anywhere in the US, focuses on engaging brokers, scheduling product demos, and ensuring smooth transitions to the Business Development team. You will make approximately 80 outbound calls daily using provided leads and pre-set email sequences. Success in this role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and experience in a customer-facing role. Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer facing role, preferably in the insurance or tech industry
  • Familiarity in CRM systems and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, Outreach)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls and manage time effectively
  • Team player with a strong sense of accountability

Responsibilities

  • Conduct 80+ calls daily to engage brokers and schedule demos
  • Work from a list of provided leads; no prospecting required
  • Use pre-set email sequences to nurture broker relationships
  • Assist in transitioning brokers to the Business Development (BD) team and set up meetings on BD calendars for product demos
  • Communicate the value of Coalition products and our insurance platform to brokers while ensuring a smooth handoff between brokers and BDs
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and executive risk teams
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, specifically the number of brokers quoted after demos

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience/knowledge in the insurance industry
  • Bachelor Degree in business or sales related field
