Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a Sales Development or similar role, preferably in technology, SaaS, or AI-related industries
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical solutions clearly and concisely
  • Self-motivated, driven, and eager to exceed goals in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and prospecting platforms (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft)
  • Demonstrated ability to research and identify potential customers within a target market
  • A passion for AI technology and a curiosity to understand its applications across industries
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage prospective customers through inbound/outbound calls, emails, social outreach, and other sales tools
  • Educate potential clients on you.comโ€™s AI-powered solutions and how they address business challenges
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and level of interest in harnessing technology
  • Schedule high-quality meetings and product demos for Account Executives to advance the sales cycle
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, follow-ups, and targeted outreach to optimize lead flow
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Meet or exceed monthly quotas for outreach, lead generation, and meetings scheduled
  • Stay up-to-date on AI trends, our products, and competitor offerings to position our solutions effectively
  • Provide feedback to the team on market insights, customer objections, and product demand

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelorโ€™s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
