Requirements

  • Proven experience in lead generation with outbound emails, cold calling or a similar sales-oriented roles
  • Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships quickly
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for lead management and tracking
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding call and appointment-setting targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a qualified prospect list with the sales team targeting businesses with staffing requirements or process/services issues which could be addressed with offshore staff
  • Make 50-100 calls per week to engage potential clients and identify decision-makers
  • Assess and qualify leads based on their IT needs, ensuring alignment with company services
  • Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team
  • Craft targeted email campaigns to engage prospects and drive responses
  • Record interactions and manage lead data for tracking and reporting
  • Build strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities
  • Stay informed on services and industry trends to effectively address client needs
  • Work with sales, marketing, and account teams to refine lead generation strategies and optimize outreach
