Summary

Join Drawbridge as a Sales Development Representative and contribute to building the company's first dedicated outbound sales motion. You will generate new business opportunities and grow existing customer revenue for a leading Cybersecurity/GRC platform. Working alongside the Manager of Sales Development, you will refine prospecting strategies, generate qualified leads, and build executive relationships. This role requires strong communication, time management, and organizational skills, along with proficiency in Salesforce, Hubspot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in sales development and a proven track record of achieving sales quotas. Requirements

  • 1-2 yearsโ€™ experience as a sales development representative, with a track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially via phone and email
  • Self-starter and proven listening skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales tools
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree (or equivalent) or at least five years of relevant work experience

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business within the alternative investment space for Drawbridge by prospecting and uncovering qualified opportunities for the Sales Executives and Account Managers
  • Organize and drive quality meetings
  • Maintain a high volume of activities of calls, emails, and social interactions each week
  • Build and maintain executive relationships within assigned territory to help influence long-timer technology and business decisions
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage leads through the sales pipeline and to track sales activities
  • Align with Sales Executives and Account Managers to understand, strategize, and execute the best prospecting strategy within assigned territory
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to create campaigns and cadences that support the current go-to-market strategies
  • Stay up to date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
  • Provide market feedback on prospect and customer feedback to continuously evolve product roadmap and sales strategies
