Sales Development Representative

Join Eleken, a company focused on improving the design services of SaaS companies, as a Sales Development Representative. You will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, working closely with the Head of Sales Development and a team of lead generation specialists. This is a fully remote, full-time position offering flexible working hours. The role involves researching leads, crafting personalized outreach messages, conducting discovery calls, and updating the CRM. Compensation is discussed individually and depends on experience and skills. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, client-facing, or SDR roles (preferably in B2B/IT/agency)
- Hands-on experience conducting qualification or discovery calls with prospects
- Strong spoken and written English (B2+ or higher)
- Understanding of the B2B sales cycle and lead qualification
- Ability to build rapport and ask smart, thoughtful questions
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Attio, etc.)
- Proactive, structured, and curious mindset
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads via LinkedIn, job boards, and company websites
- Craft and send personalized outreach messages (LinkedIn, email) via automated platforms
- Conduct discovery calls with prospects to understand their needs and qualify them
- Determine whether a lead fits our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Keep CRM updated with lead statuses, call notes, and follow-ups
- Coordinate smooth handoff to BDMs
- Share insights from outreach and calls to improve messaging and targeting
Preferred Qualifications
Familiar with modern tools like Clay, Amplemarket; experience with videomessage/voice message outreach
