Summary

Join our team at FRONTSTEPS as a Sales Development Representative and play a crucial role in identifying and cultivating leads to become FRONTSTEPS clients. As one of the first points of contact in our sales cycle, you will use calling, emailing, and social outreach to generate qualified meetings for the Account Executive team.

Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 0 – 2 years of experience working with a SaaS company
  • Coachable and willing to try new sales strategies
  • You want to build a career in SaaS sales
  • A professional demeanor via phone, email, and in-person
  • A good listener and can identify the prospect's needs
  • Knowledge of lead generation is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Have a complete technical understanding of the unique FRONTSTEPS platform
  • Use calling, emailing and social outreach to generate qualified meetings for the Account Executive team
  • Develop a pipeline of quality business meetings that result in new pipeline for the assigned Sales territory team member
  • Maintain accurate records of all lead activity using Salesforce
  • Have a passion for winning and bringing problem solving technologies to struggling businesses
  • The ability to build great rapport with territory- based sales representatives
  • The ability to be coachable and have a positive attitude
  • Performs other duties as requested by management
