Join Jobber's Sales team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR)! You'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, qualifying leads and generating excitement for our software. This target-based role involves connecting with leads via phone, text, and email, collaborating with the Account Executive team, and tracking key information in Salesforce. Success requires previous sales experience, a self-starting attitude, tenacity, collaboration skills, adaptability, and strong communication. Jobber offers a competitive compensation package including a base salary, uncapped commission, equity rewards, health and wellness stipends, retirement matching, and an extended health package. Responsibilities
- Connect with potential customers through a variety of inputs (phone, text, email)
- Work with members of the Account Executive (AE) team to provide the best customer experience and exposure to the Jobber product
- Be open to giving and receiving feedback on a consistent basis to grow yourself and those around you
- Track key information in Salesforce for follow-up and analytics
- Have dedicated time to participate in learning opportunities and self-guided work to further your sales skills and development

- Base salary of $46,000 and a commission of $15,300, for an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $61,300
