• Experience in email, phone, or LinkedIn outreach, or a background in healthcare
• Strong written and verbal communication, project management, and time management skills
• Ability to adapt quickly, work independently in a fast-paced environment, and remain motivated

Responsibilities

• Identify and create qualified outbound leads within assigned health system territories
• Prospect contact identification and information gathering
• Conduct high-volume cold outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn

• Healthcare expertise is advantageous, particularly in identifying prospects
• Fearlessness in cold calling and prospecting
• Demonstrated work ethic, competitiveness, ambition, curiosity, and grit
• Skill in converting cold leads to qualified deals

• Ability to strategize with Account Executives to build pipeline and close deals
