Summary

ManageCasa is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join its sales force. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven sales experience
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
  • Familiarity with the enterprise SaaS market and/or property management software or the ability to quickly learn new software
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the desire to learn and connect with new prospects
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate in a competitive environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Make 150 daily calls to generate new leads and set up demos
  • Partnership Building: Work closely with our sales executive team to develop and nurture potential customer relationships
  • Communication: Utilize exceptional communication skills to engage and excite potential users about our product
  • Innovation: Think creatively to develop new lead generation methods and sales strategies
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough research to understand market needs and identify new leads
  • Product Training: Gain an in-depth understanding of our property management software to communicate its value to prospects effectively
  • Prospect Engagement: Be the first point of contact for new business prospects, determining the next steps and setting appointments
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside the sales team to bring innovative ideas to weekly meetings

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and Gong is a plus
  • Basic property management experience is beneficial
