Summary

Join Omnipresent's Sales Development Team as a Senior SDR and play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities. You will be responsible for outbound prospecting, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, maintaining CRM records, and participating in professional development. The role involves pipeline generation, lead nurturing, researching prospects, collaborating with marketing and sales leadership, representing Omnipresent to customers, delivering presentations, and handing off qualified leads. You will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and work in a fully remote, flexible environment. Omnipresent offers shared ownership, flexible working arrangements, development opportunities, wellbeing support, and a home office setup. Requirements

  • You’re a self starter, consistently working hard, even in challenging situations
  • Holding yourself accountable to meeting daily expectations and targets
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Good at understanding customer needs and building rapport
  • Finding simple solutions for complex problems
  • Proficient with CRM technology, eg salesforce & other tools
  • Analytical and able to identify trends in lead generation

Responsibilities

  • Pipeline generation: Deliver against team targets by creating a strong pipeline of leads
  • Lead nurturing: Understanding buyer personas, articulating the Omnipresent value proposition, and propose our solutions to address their challenges
  • Research prospects to craft tailored messaging and communicate relevant value
  • Collaboration: work with Marketing & Sales Leadership to develop & execute demand generation campaigns for strategic account lists
  • Company representation: Competently representing Omnipresent and its offerings to customers and prospects
  • Professional Communication: Deliver presentations and engage with prospects in a manner that positions Omnipresent as a professional & market leading supplier
  • Lead Handoff: Successfully handoff qualified leads to account executives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous SDR experience preferred
  • Has a strong interest in pursuing a long term sales career in the SaaS industry
  • Has a growth mindset - you crave feedback and look to improve every aspect of your sales methods and processes
  • Is motivated by achievement and financial rewards, holds yourself accountable to meeting goals
  • Is fearless in making new connections and building genuine, lasting relationships with prospects, clients, colleagues and partners at all seniority levels
  • Is a highly persuasive communicator in writing and over the phone
  • Can articulate complex ideas in a simplified way and provide clear and easy to understand guidance to our clients
  • Is very organised and efficient with their time and able to handle a high throughput of varied work
  • Is a true team player who does your best and most innovative work in an entrepreneurial, startup environment
