Join Pax8 as a Cloud Generation Specialist (CGS) and play a crucial role in helping our partners sell cloud services. You will assess needs, set appointments, and drive key metrics to support growth, aiming to secure 15 signed partners monthly. As a CGS, you'll be a key part of the sales team, contributing to corporate sales goals and participating in a development program to build foundational sales skills. You will schedule meetings between prospects and Pax8 representatives and maintain Salesforce data integrity. Requirements
- Proficiency with social media (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+)
- Proven Experience: As a Lead Generation Specialist, Sales Associate or similar role, or a fast learner with drive
- High Call Volume: Energy and desire to make numerous (40+) phone calls daily all while maintaining high motivation and a great attitude
- Independent and Teamwork: Strong ability to work independently while supporting a team
- Clear Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively through email and via telephone
- Coachability: Coachable and willing to learn
- Sales Passion: Desire to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

- B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience
Responsibilities
- Develop New Business/Partner Recruitment:Conduct a high volume of calls daily to introduce Pax8 Cloud Services.Utilise email and social media for mass communication to identify potential new Channel Partners.Provide a high-level overview of Pax8 products and services.Set appointments to recruit new Channel Partners to the Pax8 program, aiming for 15 signed partners per month
- Meeting Coordination:Schedule meetings between prospects and Pax8 Cloud Development Representatives or Channel Account Managers.Maintain Salesforce data integrity
