Join our innovative AI company as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and be the first point of contact for our sales team. This fully remote position requires high-volume outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn, along with lead qualification and CRM management. Success in this role involves exceeding targets for calls, meetings, and pipeline growth, while collaborating with the sales and product teams. Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience with a history of exceeding targets
  • Persuasive communicator who can influence key stakeholders
  • Driven and hardworking—able to work smart and achieve results
  • 3-5 years in sales development, preferably in SaaS or AI-driven industries
  • Confident in cold calling and building strong client relationships
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients in the workplace safety and compliance sector
  • Build targeted prospect lists using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and CRM systems
  • Conduct high-volume cold outreach via email, phone calls, and LinkedIn to engage prospects
  • Craft personalized messages that clearly communicate the company’s value proposition
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads by understanding their challenges, needs, and fit for the company’s solutions
  • Use discovery questions to assess potential clients' readiness for sales conversations
  • Work closely with the Account Executive team to smoothly transition qualified leads
  • Provide detailed notes and context to ensure seamless handoffs
  • Keep accurate, up-to-date records of outreach, conversations, and lead status in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Track key metrics and provide weekly reports on outreach effectiveness and pipeline growth
  • Analyze outreach strategies and refine approaches based on performance data
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to better target prospects
  • Conduct product demos, showcasing Sully.ai to doctors and healthcare organizations
  • Execute a minimum of 50 calls per day to drive engagement
  • Book a minimum of 20 meetings per month, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Represent Sully.ai at industry events and conferences to strengthen brand presence
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align offerings with market needs and client expectations
  • Innovate constantly to improve sales strategies, making processes faster and more effective
  • Take on additional tasks as needed, fostering a “nothing is someone else’s problem” mentality
