Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Identify clients' needs
• Generate interest in Pennylane's solution
• Guide clients to the most suitable offer
• Schedule meetings with Account Executives
• Manage inbound leads
• Handle increasingly complex and strategic leads
• Contribute to process improvements within the team
• Share best practices
• Collaborate with other Pennylane teams (customer care, product, sales)
• Transmit client feedback
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the platform
• Become a confirmed SDR and expert in the product
• Manage any type of lead
• Own one or more side projects
• Contribute to updating processes in the internal database (Notion)
• Participate in mentoring and training new team members
