Join a rapidly growing technology company specializing in AI-driven solutions as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). You will play a key role in the sales process, conducting outbound dialing, booking qualified appointments, and managing follow-ups. As the first point of contact for potential clients, a strong client-facing presence is essential. Responsibilities include managing the pipeline, ensuring smooth handovers to the sales team, and generating interest in the product. The goal is to nurture leads and contribute to the overall sales strategy. This is a fully remote position with a 9 AM - 5 PM EST schedule. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in outbound sales and a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in outbound sales and hitting/exceeding sales quota, preferably in a B2B environment
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills
- Previous experience working with CRM systems and dialer tools to manage sales pipelines and outreach efforts
- Strong phone presence with the ability to engage clients confidently and professionally on camera
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and eager to exceed sales targets
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks concurrently
- Enthusiastic and proactive, with a natural ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Ability to work independently while maintaining close collaboration with the sales team
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential prospects, aiming to book qualified appointments for the sales team
- Ensure that all leads are followed up on and appointments are scheduled efficiently
- Focus on achieving a high show-up rate for demo calls as a key performance indicator (KPI)
- Maintain a strong client-facing presence during initial interactions, offering a personable and professional approach on camera
- Participate in demo calls to provide initial client introductions and seamlessly hand over prospects to the sales team
- Manage all follow-up activities, including rescheduling missed appointments and ensuring continued engagement with leads
- Ensure that no lead falls through the cracks, maintaining consistent communication throughout the sales cycle
- Keep the sales pipeline organized and updated, using CRM systems to track progress and maintain detailed records of all interactions
- Work towards growing the top of the funnel by identifying new prospects and engaging with them through strategic outreach
