Summary
Join Figment, a leading provider of blockchain infrastructure, as a Sales Development Representative β LATAM to support and scale business development efforts in Latin America. You will streamline sales processes, ensure CRM and pipeline accuracy, build insightful reports, and collaborate with various teams. This full-time, remote position offers ownership, visibility, and impact in a fast-growing region. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM enablement
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Experience creating and maintaining dashboards or operational reports
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working across departments and managing multiple tasks at once
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus)
- Analytical thinker who can turn data into actionable insights
- High level of autonomy and ownership
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain weekly reports on funnel health, forecasting, and performance metrics
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and proactively suggest improvements
- Assist in preparing quarterly business reviews and investor-facing metrics
- Support documentation workflows including NDAs, intake forms, and deal tracking
- Help automate recurring sales workflows and internal communications
- Track and monitor new leads from marketing and attribution sources
- Partner with RevOps to align on reporting, dashboards, and best practices
- Collaborate with legal and integrations teams on deal progression and post-close handoffs
- Act as an operational right hand to the Head of LATAM
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS, fintech, or crypto/Web3 company
- SQL proficiency or comfort querying datasets
- Understanding of B2B sales motions and deal desk processes
