Sales Development Representative, Remote - United States

Summary

The Sales Development Representative role at Qwilr is a launching point for individuals interested in SaaS sales. The role involves qualifying inbound leads, building a pipeline through outbound tactics, and owning the 'pre-SQL' sales cycle. The position requires close collaboration with high-performing Account Executives, marketing, and revenue operations teams. The ideal candidate is a learning machine, deeply curious, builds effective relationships, takes pride in their work, excels at creating order while remaining adaptable, and has 1+ years of experience in sales or relevant SaaS experience.

Requirements

1+ years experience in sales, lead generation, marketing or other relevant SaaS experience is favourable

Responsibilities

• Source new opportunities through inbound qualification and outbound outreach
• Set qualified introductory meetings for Account Executives
• Create and dispatch email sequences, make cold & warm calls, and engage in account/contact research
• Update lead and prospect activity in HubSpot to ensure effective pipeline management
• Build strong relationships with sales, marketing, and revenue operations
• Develop strong sales and product knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

Prior CRM experience is favourable, although not required
