Summary
Join ZenGRC's sales team as a foundational member responsible for managing inbound and outbound lead generation. You will generate qualified leads, supporting the company's scaling efforts. This role offers a structured promotion plan and multi-faceted professional development within the tech industry. The initial three months involve focused outreach, client research, and lead reconnection. Beyond three months, you will deepen product knowledge, improve sales processes, and collaborate with other teams. The position requires a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, along with a year of experience in a metrics-driven sales role, excellent communication skills, and computer proficiency.

- 1 year + in a metrics-driven sales position
- Top notch verbal and written communication skills
- Must have computer skills: G Suite, Microsoft Office, etc
Responsibilities
- Manage ZenGRC inbound and outbound lead generation
- Generate qualified leads that result in new business, supporting our scaling efforts and contributing to the success of a smart and driven team
- Dive right into outreach emails and phone calls, gathering information and setting appointments while working closely with our Account Executives & Senior Account Executives
- Research potential clients and find the best way to connect with them
- Reconnect and build relationships with cold leads, continuously building the pipeline
- Leverage your interest and aptitude in technology to learn the value of our product and eloquently educate potential clients about its strengths. Help out with special projects as they arise
- Deepen your knowledge of our product and the information security & GRC space
- Broaden your knowledge of our sales process, proactively working with the account executive team to improve your role and potential customersβ experiences
- Collaborate with our Customer Success Managers & Technical Product Managers
