Join Bulbshare's growing sales team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR)! You will work closely with the Business Development Director to identify and qualify high-quality sales opportunities. This lead generation role focuses on uncovering and booking discovery meetings with senior stakeholders using email, video email, and social media. The position offers a clear path for growth within the company. Bulbshare provides a remote-first work environment, company sick pay, and a supportive team culture. We are looking for a driven, self-motivated individual with experience in B2B SaaS sales and a proven track record of success.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of new business sales experience with evidence of prior success
  • SaaS sales experience, ideally with an SDR/outbound grounding, building consistent pipelines of leads
  • Career ambition to develop SaaS sales skills in the B2B arena
  • Ability to plan your time, demonstrating a robust daily/weekly sales cadence
  • Be driven and self-motivated and have a confidence and ability to quickly engage in conversation with prospective clients at senior management level
  • Be comfortable reaching out to stakeholders at all levels - including C-level
  • Be resilient and tenacious and can maintain a positive outlook
  • Be very collaborative in nature - particularly with sales and marketing teams
  • Be results driven, with lots of energy and enthusiasm
  • Be a proactive curious self-starter able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Be able to multi-task / wear multiple hats
  • Be a strong communicator with good attention to detail. Love to tell a story
  • Be social media savvy
  • Have strong computer and CRM proficiency
  • Ability to work remotely with minimal level of supervision

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our Business Development Director to accelerate B2B sales growth for the business
  • Uncover, qualify, and book good quality discovery meetings with senior stakeholders for our sales team to progress
  • Utilize email, video email and social media to engage with prospects and identify opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

  • HubSpot experience
  • Experience with outbound email software
