Summary

Join Unitary's sales team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and play a key role in driving our expansion into new markets. This fast-paced role focuses on top-of-funnel pipeline generation through outbound sales activities. You will work closely with sales leadership, developing new opportunities and honing your consultative sales skills, with a clear path to becoming an Account Executive. The position offers flexibility with remote work or onsite options in London. Requirements

  • 1-2 years of SDR or inside sales experience in a B2B SaaS, AI, automation, or enterprise sales environment
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding outbound sales targets
  • You thrive in a high-activity, results-driven role and can handle rejection with ease
  • Youโ€™re curious, eager to learn, open to feedback, and always looking to improve
  • You can confidently engage with senior executives and clearly articulate Unitaryโ€™s value proposition
  • You enjoy optimising outreach and tracking engagement to refine sales strategies

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through outbound sales activities (cold emails, social selling, and calls)
  • Research and identify key stakeholders at target enterprise accounts
  • Book and schedule meetings for the BDMs with senior decision-makers
  • Work closely with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging and outreach strategies
  • Develop a deep understanding of Unitaryโ€™s value proposition and educate potential customers on how our hybrid AI/human solutions can enhance operational efficiency
