Summary
Join Unitary's sales team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and play a key role in driving our expansion into new markets. This fast-paced role focuses on top-of-funnel pipeline generation through outbound sales activities. You will work closely with sales leadership, developing new opportunities and honing your consultative sales skills, with a clear path to becoming an Account Executive. The position offers flexibility with remote work or onsite options in London. Requirements
- 1-2 years of SDR or inside sales experience in a B2B SaaS, AI, automation, or enterprise sales environment
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding outbound sales targets
- You thrive in a high-activity, results-driven role and can handle rejection with ease
- Youโre curious, eager to learn, open to feedback, and always looking to improve
- You can confidently engage with senior executives and clearly articulate Unitaryโs value proposition
- You enjoy optimising outreach and tracking engagement to refine sales strategies
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through outbound sales activities (cold emails, social selling, and calls)
- Research and identify key stakeholders at target enterprise accounts
- Book and schedule meetings for the BDMs with senior decision-makers
- Work closely with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging and outreach strategies
- Develop a deep understanding of Unitaryโs value proposition and educate potential customers on how our hybrid AI/human solutions can enhance operational efficiency
