Summary

Requirements
- 2+ experience in Sales, Sales Enablement, or in an SDR, MDR,or BDR role
- SalesForce experience required
- Strong communication skills via phone and email
- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- To work remotely, you must have a strong internet connection, quiet space to take calls and a professional (distraction free) environment
- Private, with secure (not public) internet and phone access
- Suitable to safely and securely accommodate the sensitive information that you will be handling and communicating
- Given the nature of the material you will be working on and handling, you are required to work from a private, dedicated, distraction-free space
Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and secure meetings for Account Executives
- Drive pipeline creation by assisting with converting meetings into Stage 1 opportunities
- Take a strategic approach to prospecting by researching accounts to identify the proper targeted contacts
- Take ownership of qualifying and nurturing all marketing leads that come from B2B lead generation efforts
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Wellthyโs buyer personas, messaging, tone and voice
- Drive alignment between Sales and Marketing as a trusted ally to both teams
- Consistently delivers on or exceeds quarterly quota
- Offers suggestions and improvements for lead management program
- Promote our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps
Preferred Qualifications
- Hubspot, Pardot, or other Marketing Hub experience
- Experience in B2B healthcare, digital health, or employee benefits industry
