Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a communication or business-related field or equivalent relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Swiss German and fluent English; French and Italian are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Drive the expansion of WorkMotion in the DACH market through strategic Outbound and Inbound acquisition
  • Generate and qualify leads to create opportunities and closed deals
  • Work with interdisciplinary teams to define and implement effective Inbound Lead Generation Strategies
  • Collaborate with the Account Executive of the DACH market to optimize the current workflow, exchange ideas, and implement new strategies
  • Provide insights and feedback to refine Marketing strategies based on direct interactions with potential customers
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Lead Conversion Processes through data-driven analysis
  • Create Email Sequences on HubSpot, make cold calls, and become an expert in Social Selling Techniques to profile and penetrate accounts
  • Follow up on calls and emails until appointments are scheduled
