Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing, ideally sales-related role, such as Lead Generation, Promoter, or Fundraiser etc
- Bachelorβs degree in any communication-related (e.g., Foreign Languages, Humanities) or business-related field - or qualification by equivalent, relevant experience
- Tech-savvy with motivation and capacity to master new tools, such as CRMs (e.g. HubSpot) fast
- Native-level skills in German. ; English proficiency required, additional languages are a plus
- Proactive nature with the ability to solve problems with a sense of urgency
- Great communicator, convincing both in spoken and written language
- Adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
- Active in relationship building, collaborating with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflows
Responsibilities
- Drive WorkMotion's expansion in Germany through strategic outbound and inbound prospecting efforts
- Represent WorkMotion at local fairs and international conferences
- Generate and qualify sales leads to turn into opportunities and closed business
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement effective inbound lead generation strategies
- Support WM's strategic market expansion goals by actively participating in local fairs, connecting with target audiences, and generating qualified leads
- Collaborate with the German Account Executive to optimise the current workflow by sharing ideas and implementing new strategies
- Provide insights and feedback to refine marketing strategies based on direct prospect interactions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of lead conversion processes through data-driven analysis and experimentation
- Create email sequences on Hubspot, make cold calls, and become an expert in applying social selling techniques to map and penetrate accounts
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set
