Summary
Join Turing's inside sales team as a high-performing SDR/BDR. This role focuses on enterprise sales development, qualifying prospects, and setting up meetings with Account Executives. You will conduct high-volume outreach, develop tailored pitches, and track sales activities in CRM. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in enterprise sales development, a background in AI tech services or US recruitment, and strong cold-calling skills. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in enterprise sales development (SDR/BDR role)
- Background in AI tech services or US recruitment, with a strong ability to qualify leads and initiate meaningful sales conversations
- Strong cold-calling skills with experience in high-volume, quality outreach
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to engage potential clients
- Identify and qualify prospects, ensuring they meet key business criteria
- Set up discovery meetings for Account Executives, driving pipeline growth
- Develop tailored pitches to communicate our AI tech services/staffing solutions
- Track and report sales activities in CRM to ensure data-driven decision-making
