Summary

Join HackerOne as a Sales Development Representative II, EMEA and embark on a fulfilling career in cybersecurity software sales. Based remotely in London, you will cultivate relationships with high-level cybersecurity leaders, collaborating with sales executives and marketing. This role demands prior SDR experience or relevant expertise and involves utilizing various prospecting systems. You will act as a liaison between prospective clients and the sales team, becoming a trusted advisor who understands client challenges and the value of HackerOne's solutions. Success hinges on exceeding monthly qualified meeting and opportunity quotas. The position offers a flexible work approach with occasional in-person requirements.

Requirements

  • Possess strong acumen for writing emails and conducting research
  • Have a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience, including cold calling

Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly complete the onboarding and training program, mastering cybersecurity knowledge and fundamental sales skills (cold calling, email copywriting, negotiation, social selling)
  • Develop strong working partnerships with Account Executives and Marketing to achieve pipeline goals through coordinated account-based sales efforts
  • Become proficient in using prospecting systems (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn) and execute a proven prospecting process to set qualified Meetings and Opportunities using phone, email, and social channels
  • Act as a conduit between prospective clients and the sales team
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of client challenges and help them understand the value of proactive security, ethical hacking, and bug bounties
  • Achieve personal and financial success by exceeding the quota of monthly qualified meetings and opportunities
  • Be self-motivated in achieving KPIs – calls, sequencing, emails, LinkedIn messages

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience as an SDR
  • Have experience in SaaS or cybersecurity
  • Have experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Be German speaking
