Summary
Join Vacasa as an Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) and contribute to our success as the largest full-service vacation rental company in North America. You will be responsible for promptly answering homeowner inquiries via phone and web, ensuring accurate CRM data entry, and creating a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication and time management skills, along with the ability to qualify leads and excite potential customers about Vacasa's services. The position is 100% remote, with a schedule of Thursday-Monday, 7 am-4 pm PST, and requires 2+ years of sales/business development experience. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales and/or business development

Responsibilities
- Promptly answer all inquiries via phone/web
- Ensure information added to our CRM software is accurate and up-to-date on a daily basis
- Create a positive customer experience while representing Vacasa in a professional and courteous manner
- Discuss, educate, and get potential new customers excited about Vacasa
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with field sales executives, management, and your colleagues
- Keep up-to-date on product knowledge, industry information, and competitive landscape
- Gather as much information as possible during the initial call to move the prospect along in the sales process
- Protect all customer information in a professional and confidential manner
