Summary
Join Gambling.com Group, a leading online gambling affiliate, as their EMEA Sales Director. This role involves driving new business and growing revenue for OpticOdds, a B2B service offered by the company. You will be responsible for sourcing leads, conducting discovery calls, building a sales plan, managing the CRM, and reporting on sales performance. You will also represent OpticOdds at industry events and collaborate with marketing on campaigns. This is a remote-first hybrid role with the option for in-office presence in Dublin, Charlotte, Malta, Madison, Helsinki, Serbia, or Costa Rica.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the EMEA online gaming, sports betting, sports data
- Existing network and relationships with online gaming operators, sportsbooks, and national lotteries
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Self-starter mentality—you thrive in unstructured environments and don’t wait for instructions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable using CRMs, building decks, and running your own outbound
- Strong understanding of the sports betting ecosystem, especially from the operator or supplier side
Responsibilities
- Use your network and hustle to source high-quality leads. Identify and pursue opportunities across sportsbooks, data platforms, and betting operators
- Run discovery calls, understand pain points, and tailor pitches to client needs. Become an expert in OpticOdds’ value prop and how to present it with clarity and confidence
- Build and execute a smart, scalable sales plan. Track market trends, analyze competitors, and identify whitespace
- Own the CRM. Keep your pipeline clean, active, and prioritized
- Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on leads, conversions, and revenue targets
- Represent OpticOdds at conferences, trade shows, and industry meetups. Build real relationships with decision-makers
- Work with marketing to co-create campaigns, refine messaging, and improve sales collateral
