Summary

Join Bosch Rexroth's Sales Commercial Operations team and contribute to enhancing internal communication. You will create engaging content, such as blog posts and presentations, to improve team awareness and expand the internal sales community. Leverage GenAI tools to enhance team processes and ensure global communication of key topics. Collaborate closely with the team and stakeholders to facilitate efficient information sharing. Gain practical experience with agile working methods. The internship's focus areas will be determined based on your skills and interests after onboarding.

Requirements

• Studies in the field of Media or Communication Management, Business Administration, Design, Digital Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics or comparable
• A strong sense of structured and visual design, along with global thinking and interdisciplinary understanding
• Some initial experience in creating blog posts and documentation
• You are a communicative individual who works independently and is highly motivated
• With your quick comprehension skills, you can rapidly understand issues and their interrelations
• Mobile working within Germany possible after onboarding
• Very good in English
• Enrollment at university

Responsibilities

• Help us further develop our internal communication concept to increase awareness of our team across Bosch Rexroth
• Actively drive the expansion and networking within our internal sales community by independently creating blog posts, presentations, etc
• View our internal GenAI tools as an opportunity and support their increased application within our team
• Ensure that our topics are communicated globally within Bosch Rexroth and that information can be shared quickly
• Experience methods from the agile working environment in practical application

Preferred Qualifications

• Affinity for new media and technologies, along with a passion for quickly and effectively familiarizing oneself with diverse topics
• Willingness and interest in solving tasks using GenAI
