Requirements

  • 3+ years in BDR leadership, sales enablement, or hardcore sales coaching
  • Pro-level coach — sleeves up, calls reviewed, roleplays run, wins celebrated
  • Strong B2B SaaS understanding — outbound lead generation, sales funnels, sales tools
  • Data-obsessed — you feel numbers and use them to sharpen strategies
  • Tech-savvy with AI — not scared to try, deploy, and iterate AI tools in workflows
  • Persuasive and inspiring — you can lead without mandates
  • Proven experience in a leadership role managing SDRs, business development, or a sales-focused team
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to motivate, coach, and guide team members
  • Must be detail-oriented, creative and have a passion for helping others achieve their goals
  • As part of a diverse team, ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Organized, administratively strong, great time management, and have solid writing, phone, and general communication skills
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of a second language is considered an asset
  • Willing to participate in ongoing education and training for the role

Responsibilities

  • Design enablement materials that actually work in the wild — messaging, sequencing, objection handling, and personalization playbooks
  • Build playbooks, battle-test them, and evolve them fast
  • Coach Hard, Celebrate Wins
  • Host hands-on workshops: live-call reviews, prospecting clinics, targeted skill drills
  • Create a coaching culture that’s sharp, structured, and a little addictive
  • Weaponize AI, Smarter and Faster
  • Introduce AI tools to boost prospecting, personalize outreach, prioritize leads, and enrich data
  • Train the team to actually use these tools like pros, not just window-dress their work
  • Cross-Function Like a Pro
  • Sync up tight with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing to keep messaging clean, cadences smart, and pipelines flowing
  • Spot gaps, fix them, repeat
  • Track Metrics Like a Hawk
  • Run enablement like a performance machine: monitor conversion rates, call connects, meeting generation — and tune programs based on real numbers
  • Experiment Boldly, Scale What Works
  • Pilot fresh ideas — especially around AI and automation — prove impact, and roll out winners
  • Other duties as assigned
