Summary

Join Acquia as a Manager, Sales Enablement and lead the Sales Enablement team, developing and improving the Sales Enablement program to support company strategy. Partner with various stakeholders to drive alignment and support cross-functional goals. Manage and develop the Sales Enablement staff, overseeing training program delivery and results. Manage procurement of necessary tools and participate in developing skills profiles for sales roles. Oversee improvements to the Sales Enablement program and the development and rollout of AI tools. Support best practices in training content and identify best practices in training delivery. Deliver training on sales- or product-related topics as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with key stakeholders within and beyond the Sales Department, including: Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product Management, Operations, and People Team. Drive alignment and support for cross functional goals and objectives with key stakeholders from each function
  • Manage and develop a team of Sales Enablement staff to plan, execute, and report on training program delivery and results
  • Manage the procurement of tools required for program delivery
  • Oversee and participate in the development of skills profiles for Sales roles to promote professional development, certification, and advancement
  • Oversee and participate in the execution of recommended and planned improvements to our Sales Enablement program
  • Oversee and participate in the development and rollout of AI tools to assist our Sales and Sales Enablement teams to work efficiently and effectively
  • Support the development of best practices in training content development and management
  • Identify best practices and evolutions in training delivery to support iterative improvement of the program
  • Deliver training on specific sales- or product-related topics as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools, Learning Management Systems, and Salesforce a plus
  • Experience in successful delivery and ownership of sales training programs or related experience in SaaS sales a plus
  • Experience in developing AI prompts and tools for efficiency and collaboration are a plus
