Summary

Join Sensor Tower as a Sales Enablement Manager and equip our sales team with the knowledge, resources, and training needed to effectively sell Sensor Tower’s solutions. Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and drive sales performance. Own the onboarding program for the global sales team, creating and managing sales training programs. Design and distribute sales enablement materials, analyze sales performance data, and provide ongoing support and coaching. Develop and deliver learning and development programs, assess training needs, and collaborate with marketing to align sales materials with current campaigns.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a quota carrying role - ideally as an Account Executive or Account Manager
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with a complex SaaS product portfolio
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics
  • Experience in learning and development, including designing and delivering training programs

Responsibilities

  • Own the onboarding program for our global sales team. This includes collaborating with Sales Leaders and subject matter experts within the organization to continuously develop a strong and consistent onboarding framework for our new hires
  • Create and manage sales training programs
  • Design and distribute sales enablement materials such as commercial playbooks and competitive analysis
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to the sales team
  • Develop and deliver learning and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team
  • Assess training needs and create customized learning paths for individual team members
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure sales materials are aligned with current campaigns and messaging

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in a Sales Enablement or L&D role
  • Experience with a smaller SaaS vendor (<400 employees) and understanding of working in a fast paced SaaS environment
  • Experience in mobile data or digital marketing
