Summary

Join Calm as a Sales Enablement Specialist and contribute to the success of our revenue-generating teams. You will develop and deliver sales enablement resources, including presentations, playbooks, and training modules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and implement successful sales enablement strategies. Analyze sales data and provide feedback to improve sales processes. Design onboarding content for new hires. This remote role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, New York City, or Minneapolis. The position requires 5+ years of experience in a related field.

Requirements

  • Understanding of the sales process, funnel and/or sales methodologies
  • Proven success in learning and development, training, sales training, curriculum design, communications, or a related role for a remote/distributed workforce
  • Impeccable attention to detail with strong organizational and project management skills
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to engage and enable sales professionals
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive towards a common goal
  • Experience in and/or passion for the mental health industry
  • This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of related experience in communications, learning and development, training, sales training, curriculum design or project management

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain sales enablement programs, including presentations, playbooks, training modules, and other resources to support the sales team throughout the sales cycle
  • Create and deliver training sessions for the sales team to ensure a deep understanding of our products, industry trends, and effective sales techniques
  • Work in close partnership with the product marketing team and sales leadership to effectively communicate product, messaging and sales strategies to sales team members
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales leadership, product marketing, and product to gain insights into product offerings, market positioning, and the competitive landscape and and effectively communicate this knowledge to the Sales team
  • Analyze sales call recordings and collect feedback from the sales team to proactively identify opportunities for improving sales processes and addressing training needs
  • Design onboarding content for new sales hires, providing them with the necessary tools and knowledge to ramp up quickly and contribute to the team's success

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with e-learning programs and software like Workramp
  • Familiarity with Outreach.io, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Gong
