Requirements
- Bachelorβs Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, Entrepreneurship, and other similar programs
- At least 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, data management, or B2B sales
- With CRM experience of at least 6 months
- Proficiency in managing and organizing data effectively
- Ability to analyze systems to ensure efficient lead enrichment processes
- Expertise in utilizing and managing any CRM platform
- Hands-on experience in lead enrichment processes
- Skills in proactively crawling and scrubbing new leads for data accuracy
- Strong research skills to gather relevant information
- Ability to analyze data for informed decision-making
- Efficient handling of supplementary tasks such as meeting scheduling and email management
- Clear and effective communication to ensure collaboration and understanding
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Proactive approach in ensuring data accuracy and relevance
- Identifying and solving lead enrichment and data management issues
- Collaborative mindset to work with BDRs and other teams
- Responsive and customer-focused approach in assisting BDRs and addressing inquiries
- Ability to train new team members and provide ongoing guidance for their long-term success
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and evolving responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Manage lead enrichment and associated processes, including data management and system analysis
- Oversee CRM management and assist BDRs with their assigned leads
- Research to gather relevant information and analyze data for informed decision-making
- Manage and enrich lead flow
- Collaborate across multiple departments to streamline communications and data handoffs
- Enrich lead scoring and reporting
- Take ownership of lead enrichment, specifically focusing on tasks assigned to BDRs
- Proactively crawl and scrub new leads to ensure data accuracy and relevance
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, checking emails, and responding promptly to ensure effective communication
- Facilitate calibration sessions and participate in meetings to ensure effective communication
- Communicate with BDRs to address inquiries and support their lead-related activities
- Help train new team members and continue to guide them post-training for long-term success
- Report KPIs, tools, and overall department status to primary stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years in client success
- 1-2 years in end-to-end sales
