Summary
Join our growing Revenue Operations team as a Sales Enablement Specialist! You will be instrumental in equipping our Go-To-Market (GTM) team with the tools, training, and resources needed to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role requires developing and implementing comprehensive sales enablement programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing and delivering engaging training, and creating a centralized repository of sales enablement content. You will also work closely with GTM leadership to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses strong training and development experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively. Requirements
- Proven experience in a Sales Enablement, Training, or Sales Operations role, preferably within a SaaS or technology-driven environment
- Exceptional written and spoken English
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience training teams
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Familiarity with sales methodologies, frameworks, and tools (e.g., CRM platforms such as Salesforce, sales engagement tools)
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve sales performance
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales enablement programs that align with business goals and drive GTM team success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, etc.) to gather relevant information and insights for training content
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs for new and existing sales team members
- Create, curate, and maintain a centralized repository of sales enablement content, including playbooks, training materials, and best practices
- Work closely with GTM leadership to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training initiatives to address them
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of sales enablement initiatives
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives to ensure consistent application of training insights
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment between sales enablement materials and current messaging, positioning, and product offerings
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve enablement strategies
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
