Sales Enablement Specialist

Job location: This is a remote position. You can work from home and be located anywhere in the EMEA region.

About the team

As Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a key role within the Training and Enablement organization at Kinaxis, working closely with sales leadership, cross-functional experts, and internal customers. Working within Sales Enablement Team, you will work directly with sales, product management and marketing to drive our sales enablement content, onboarding, and training programs. The ideal candidate will be driven by a passion to help others succeed and a desire to work in a high-paced role that is continuously evolving.

What you will do

Develop and maintain strategic training programs and initiatives

  • Support all roles across the Kinaxis sales organization (AEs, BDRs, BCs and IPs, Sales Management) as well as VAR/Channel sales
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing and Product leadership to identify sales productivity gaps and prioritize key enablement initiatives for deployment across the global sales team
  • Develop and manage role-specific onboarding paths that decrease ramp time of new hires
  • Support the development and delivery of ongoing sales skills and knowledge training to ensure sales teams are using the best strategy, skills, and tools at the right time
  • Work with Product Management to build product-related sales enablement to drive sales success
  • Identify and track KPIs and metrics that demonstrate the effectiveness and business impact of sales enablement programs and initiatives
  • Identify and engage vendors as needed to develop and deliver enablement programs
  • Coordinate the development and deployment of Kinaxis’ annual Sales Kick Off (SKO) event

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in sales, enablement/sales training, or related field or equivalent practical experience
  • Energetic, self-motivated individual, highly driven to produce results
  • Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation and customer relationship skills
  • Strong knowledge of sales enablement technologies, processes, best practices
  • Strong calendar management and organization skills
  • Expert ability to collaborate and generate a spirit of cooperation while coordinating diverse activities and groups within a team environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task completion
  • Fluency in English language is required, other languages a bonus

Desirable skills and competencies

  • Expertise working with enablement/LMS platforms
  • Experience building sales competency models
  • Expertise with global field and partner organizations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem solving and innovation
  • Direct role in organizing, managing, or deploying annual sales kick-off meetings
  • You’re self-motivated, no external push required
