Summary

Join Akuity as a Sales Engineer to work directly with prospects and customers to understand their technical business problems and help them navigate the value of our products and solutions.

Requirements

  • Based in North America
  • Storyteller with the ability to craft a product demonstration that highlights value
  • Strong knowledge of technical tools in the CI/CD, infrastructure, and cloud environments
  • Passion to develop knowledge of ArgoProj and community tools to stay up to date in technology (Kubernetes, Terraform)
  • Enjoy engaging with customers both onsite and remotely to establish relationships, demonstrate products, and assist in proof of concepts (POC)
  • Eager to collaborate with Sales to build and execute strategy
  • 5+ years experience is preferred or BS in Computer Science with 2+ years experience

Responsibilities

  • Engage in technical discussions with customers throughout the buying lifecycle
  • Working cross functionally with product marketing, and independently, to create and deliver high fidelity presentations, custom demos, sample solutions, and present use cases to guide the customer through the buying journey
  • Collect detailed customer requirements so product and engineering can accurately estimate and resource the necessary implementation services
  • Become the technical voice and a trusted advisor to our customers and represent/advocate for their needs internally
