Summary

Join Dialpad's Sales Engineering team as a Sales Engineer, building technical relationships with prospects, delivering product demonstrations, and running high-touch proof of concepts. As a key contributor to the Enterprise Sales team, you'll help businesses solve complex communications problems.

Requirements

  • A technical curiosity and an excitement about delivering a technology solution that delights our customers and solves real business problems
  • Demonstrated experience and expertise in UCaaS, CCaaS and AI technologies (5-8 yrs preferred)
  • Enterprise-level Sales Engineering experience with a SaaS, UCaaS or CCaaS company
  • In person demo experience and comfort with public speaking engagements
  • Experience working with C-level and Executive-level prospects and customers
  • Dabbles in scripting languages such as Javascript and Python

Responsibilities

  • Own product demonstrations and deliver high touch proof of concepts
  • Learn the many technical tools the Sales Engineering team uses to test network environments
  • Complete a Sales Engineering Demo Certification
  • Partner with the Enterprise Sales team throughout the entire sales process
  • Provide technical closure in sales opportunities
