Responsibilities
- Lead engaging product demos, showcasing the value and capabilities of Hotelchamp's solutions to potential clients
- Address technical inquiries during the sales process, providing clear and concise explanations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Conduct thorough technical discovery sessions to understand clients' systems, needs, and integration requirements, ensuring our solutions align perfectly with their existing infrastructure
- Act as a liaison between sales, product, and customer success teams to facilitate smooth pre- and post-sales handovers
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams by sharing customer feedback to help prioritize product improvements
- Assist with onboarding clients, especially those with complex setups, including system configurations and basic integration support
- Manage and assist with website projects and rollouts, ensuring timely and successful delivery
