Summary

Join Huntress, a fully remote, global cybersecurity company, as a Sales Engineer! You will partner with customers to enhance their security posture, identify potential vulnerabilities, and present Huntress as the solution. Collaborate with various teams, including Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering. This role requires 4+ years of sales engineering experience in cybersecurity, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with MSPs/VARs. Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in a sales engineering or similar role
  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry and familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks
  • Experience working with or within MSPs and/or VARs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including C-level executives
  • Effective time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Partner with customers to help increase their security posture
  • Review and highlight potential security problems to customers’ technical teams while positioning Huntress as a solution
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering on voicing customer needs
  • Spot opportunities for improvement in a fast-moving environment
  • Ability to travel ~25% of the time to meet with customers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with malware, threat intelligence, and/or sandbox analysis
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, etc
  • Experience building and implementing Security Programs
  • Familiarity with MSP tools such as RMMs and PSAs
  • Familiarity with working with SIEM tools like Elastic, Splunk, etc
