Summary
Join Huntress, a fully remote, global cybersecurity company, as a Sales Engineer. You will partner with the sales team, providing technical product expertise to potential customers and assisting with technical first impressions of our product platform. This role requires 4+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or similar, experience in endpoint or network security, and excellent communication skills. You will articulate security problems to diverse audiences, collaborate with various teams, and identify opportunities for improvement. Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or similar work
- Experience in an endpoint or network security space β i.e., AV, EDR, incident response, forensics, SIEM, firewall, HIPS/IDS, etc
- Experience working in or with MSPs and/or VARs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including C-level executives
- Effective time management and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Articulate security problems to a diverse set of audiences and mediums
- Partner with customers to help increase their security posture
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering on voicing customer needs
- Spot opportunities for improvement in a fast-moving environment
- Comfortable traveling up to 50% of the time and meeting face-to-face with customers
- Comfortable presenting in front of groups
- Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently
