Summary
Join Komodo Health as a Sales Engineer and be the driving force behind exciting prospects purchasing Mavens software. You will lead engaging product demos, showcasing capabilities and aligning them with customer needs. Responsibilities include keeping demos updated, configuring them for specific scenarios, and providing technical expertise for RFP responses. Success will be measured by leading demos, creating demo assets, participating in RFPs, and serving as a point of contact for new Salesforce capabilities. You will collaborate with various teams to expand customer footprint, win new clients, and drive revenue. This role requires strong Salesforce knowledge, life sciences experience, and excellent presentation skills.
Requirements
- Strong SFDC knowledge and 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring Salesforce
- 5+ years Life Sciences experience, specifically in Medical Affairs and Commercial pharma
- Strong presentation skills and great listening skills
- Proven success working in a team environment within a SaaS product/IT services organization
Responsibilities
- Lead product demos for Client Partners, Account Executives, Solution Leads, and internal/external webinars
- Maintain a current demo asset for each Mavens product available within one business day of a demo request
- Participate in RFPs across the product portfolio
- Serve as the point of contact for new SFDC capabilities
- Prototype features/capabilities for high-value customers that can serve as a library of βlabsβ for both engineering and delivery
- Partner with delivery to transition sales discussions to implementation success
- Support efforts of the Client Partners to expand our footprint within existing customers
- Team up with Account Executives to win new logos
- Partner with Solution Leads to drive sourced revenue from our channel partners and through industry conferences
- Assist with completing RFP questionnaires and participating in the RFP process

- Fluent with the Salesforce ecosystem & mothership
- Strong industry/domain network
- Experience implementing Artificial Intelligence within enterprise applications
