Join Learnlight, an EdTech company, as a Sales Engineer working remotely full-time. Reporting to the Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will directly impact client needs assessment, translating technical requirements into solutions, enhancing sales, and ensuring seamless onboarding. Collaborate with Engineering and Sales Implementation teams to serve as the primary integration contact, analyze technical requirements, implement solutions, manage work items, support onboarding and troubleshooting, and contribute to process improvement. This role requires strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with specific technical expertise and experience. Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to stakeholders and build collaborative relationships
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on customer results and technical expertise
  • 2+ years in a development/test/support role within the software engineering field
  • 2+ years within a multinational enterprise support & operations environment
  • Cloud service providers and technologies (AWS)
  • Proven experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum and/or Kanban
  • Advanced level of English
  • Integration methods - SCORM, xAPI, SAML, LTI, SSO
  • C# (.NET and .NET-Core)
  • JavaScript (Node, React)
  • SQL

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for integrations within the Engineering department and project delivery teams
  • Analyse technical requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions and document technical specifications for integrations
  • Drive software engineering excellence, maintaining proficiency in tools, best practices, and processes
  • Manage work items, ensuring accurate status reporting and adherence to timelines
  • Support integration partner onboarding, troubleshooting, and provide ongoing support to stakeholders in communications
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in integration processes, methods, and deployment of features and fixes
